WRC Portugal: Loeb – Ogier, revenge, the long-awaited return

The Rally of Portugal is the fourth round of the World Rally Championship (WRC) season.

The rally includes 21 specials, 10 of which will be watched live on RTBF media. The event starts Thursday with a shakedown, in Paredes, scheduled for the morning (4,62 km – 10H01). A super special (Coimbra) will brighten up the evening (2,82 km – 20H03).

the veeThe final kick-off will be on Friday: eight stages for a total of 121.67 kilometres. A first loop of three specials in the morning, a second loop repeating the same specials in the followingnoon, with the bonus of two unique routes at the end of the day (Mortagua at 5:05 p.m. and Lousada at 8:03 p.m.).

Saturday, 156.80 kilometers once morest the clock, seven specials on the programme. Two new loops of three stages (including Amarante… 37.24 kilometers long) and a very short passage, Porto – Foz, to complete the day.

Five specials will punctuate the third and final day, Sunday, for a total of 48.87 kilometers. The mythical Fafe specialwith its spectacular jump, will once once more be the icing on the cake since it will be the Power Stage.
