Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, and some people get used to eating unhealthy foods during it, which negatively affects their health.
In the following report, Conselto reviews the worst foods for breakfast, according to Healthline.

Worst foods and drinks for breakfast
1- cake
You should avoid eating cake for breakfast, because it contains a high percentage of sugar, in addition to the unhealthy ingredients used in its preparation, such as white flour and oil.
2- Fruit juices
Some people think that fresh juices are healthy drinks for breakfast, but they are not, due to their high sugar content, as well as the lack of fiber available in them, so it is better to eat fruits without juice.

4- pastries
It is advised not to eat pastries at breakfast, because their high content of fats and sugars give them a high percentage of calories.
On top of that, pastries are low in protein and fiber, which leads to you feeling hungry quickly when you eat them.
5- Local yogurt
There is no doubt that yogurt is a dairy product that is beneficial to human health, but the types sweetened with sugar are not healthy for the body, so it is best to avoid them completely and replace them with plain or Greek yogurt.

6- Processed meat
Processed meat contains high levels of salt, which leads to high blood pressure when eaten, and it is also added to nitrite, a substance that has been shown to increase the risk of some cancers, such as stomach cancer.
7- Canned coffee
When you consume canned coffee, the body gets 70 grams of sugar and 280 calories, which makes it an unhealthy breakfast beverage, as it leads to high blood glucose and weight gain.
