The Austrian smartphone manufacturer has been recognized for “Highest Customer Satisfaction” for the fourth time.
Linz/Frankfurt (OTS) – The European smartphone manufacturer emporia Telecom was once again awarded the Plus-X Award for “Highest Customer Satisfaction” after 2020, 2021 and 2022.
According to the company, the Plus-X Award is the world’s largest innovation prize for technology, sport and lifestyle. It honors brands for the quality and innovation of their products.
In order to determine the brands with which customers in the Federal Republic are very satisfied, the German Institute for Product and Market Assessment surveys around 50,000 women and men from all German federal states which brands they are particularly satisfied with in various categories.
