In 2020 and 2021, Worldline had already received certifications from the Top Employers Institute in Belgium, Poland, Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. The 2022 certification covers four additional countries: Switzerland, France, India and New Zealand, as well as the PAYONE joint venture.

Many Worldline stakeholders were also involved in conducting the study.
