World2Fly should operate in Brazil soon

World2Fly requested the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) for the necessary authorizations to carry out charter flights between the Iberian Peninsula and the Brazilian northeast.

To date, the approval process by ANAC has not yet begun, meaning the specific destinations of these flights are not yet public knowledge.

This airline, which is part of the Iberostar Group, a renowned hotel chain with more than 120 hotels in 19 countries, was created with the aim of offering its customers a complete travel experience that includes air tickets and accommodation.

The Iberostar Group has three hotels in Brazil. Two of them are located in Bahia, just 60 kilometers north of Salvador Airport (SSA), and a third hotel, which also functions as a cruise ship, travels along the Amazon River departing from Manaus. These strategic locations suggest that World2Fly will likely seek to operate flights to Salvador, as this city has the largest number of passengers in the region.
