Blizzard Entertainment has released a roadmap for World of Warcraft updates for 2024. The company shared details about future patches on the official website of the MMORPG.
The first players will be able to try out The War Within’s content update in February or March 2024, and beta testing will take place in late spring. The large-scale addition The War Within itself will be released in the summer of 2024 and will introduce new story quests, a race, four locations and eight dungeons, a new raid and much more.
In addition, in the spring, various innovations related to the Dragonflight expansion will appear in the game – new dungeons, functions and changes to raids. And before the launch of The War Within, Blizzard will release patch 11.0.1. with world events, guild updates and dynamic flights. For the fall of 2024, the studio has planned more story updates and an event in honor of the twenty-year anniversary of World of Warcraft.
