The Arab teams continued their good results in the World Cup in Qatar, so the Tunisian team tied negatively with its Danish counterpart, who finished third in the recent European Nations Cup finals.

Saudi Arabia stuns Argentina
The Saudi national team achieved the biggest surprises in the Qatar World Cup so far, by defeating Argentina with two goals to one goal in the match that brought them together at Lusail Stadium, in Group C competitions.
Messi opened the scoring for Argentina in the tenth minute from a penalty kick, then the referee canceled three goals for the Argentine players for offside.
In the second half, the Saudi national team rose up and scored two consecutive goals in the 48th and 54th minutes, signed by Saleh Al-Shehri and Salem Al-Dosari.
With this result, the Saudi national team leads the third group, which includes, in addition to the two teams, Mexico and Poland.
The Saudi team became the first non-European team to beat Argentina in the World Cup since Cameroon 1990, and it also became the first Asian team to beat Argentina in the history of the World Cup.
This is the first loss for Argentina since July 2019, when it lost to Brazil with two goals without a response, following a series that lasted for 36 matches without losing.
This is also the fourth victory for Saudi Arabia out of the 17 matches it has played so far in the history of the World Cup, while it drew twice and lost 11 times.
Tunisia imposes a tie
In Group D, Tunisia imposed a draw on Denmark in the match that was held at the “Education City” stadium.
This is the first match to end in a goalless draw in the current edition of the World Cup.
The Tunisian national team presented a very good and organized performance in the first half, and was close to scoring on more than one occasion, and the referee canceled a goal by Issam El Jebali for offside.
But Denmark was the better team in the second half, as it dominated the course of the match, while Tunisia retreated and relied on defensive organization and closing spaces.
In the final moments of the match, the referee returned to video technology to review the possibility of awarding a penalty kick in favor of Denmark, but decided not to count anything, so the match ended in a goalless draw.
In the framework of the same group matches, the French team, the holder of the meeting, defeated Australia at Al Janoub Stadium 4-1.
Fans of the Moroccan national team hope that it will follow the same path and achieve a positive result when it faces Croatia, the summer of the previous edition of the World Cup, tomorrow in the framework of Group Six matches.
