World Cup 2022: Football fans will NOT see a quarter-final on free TV Sports

The quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar start today. After all favorites were able to prevail in the eight round of 16 except for Spain (0:3 against Morocco), there are several great duels!

In the evening (8 p.m.) Holland and Argentina meet. The focus is on superstar Lionel Messi (35), who finally wants to win his first world title with the Argentines. But Holland with oldie coach Louis van Gaal (71) also wants to make the big hit for the first time. The winner of this game will play against the winner from Croatia vs. Brazil on Tuesday (8 p.m.) for a place in the final.

The game between Holland and Argentina can be seen on ARD and MagentaTV.

Morocco and Portugal will then meet on Saturday from 4 p.m. The Africans sensationally made it into the last eight in a difficult group with Croatia and Belgium and the round of 16 against Spain. Before the tournament, only the boldest optimists would have guessed. Although Portugal clearly won 6-1 against Switzerland, the background noise surrounding the demoted Cristiano Ronaldo (37) complicates the preparation.
