Wednesday morning has been tragic in Cartagena. The traffic accident that occurred very early on Pedro de Heredia Avenue and that left a motorcyclist dead is added to another event that happened shortly following in a 26-story building under construction in the Los Almendros neighborhood, near the sector known as Plaza Colón.
It seems, according to the versions of witnesses, that a construction worker fell from the 23rd floor when he was carrying out his work. A multi-family residential project is being built in that area and there is no exact version of how the unfortunate accident might have occurred. What is specified is that the victim managed to survive the blow and was urgently taken to the Blas de Lezo Clinic, where, according to the latest medical report, he is stable. His identity is unknown but it was reported that it would be a young man of regarding 24 years.
