OnlyKart, the largest multi-leisure complex in the Lyon region, located in Dagneux (01), 20 minutes from Lyon, offers indoor and outdoor leisure activities: indoor electric karting, outdoor bio-ethanol karting, bowling, laser game, virtual reality and karaoke. We are recruiting on a work-study or internship (6 months) an event reception agent, with communication missions from September 2023.
What are your missions on which you will be trained?
– Reception, supervision and management of customers.
– Presentation of safety instructions and ensuring their application.
– Session management via the software.
– Maintenance and upkeep of the track and the complex.
– Animation of private groups and business seminars.
The internship, being versatile, has possibilities of evolution according to the skills of the trainee with the main missions:
– For mechanics: preventive and curative maintenance on karts and control of PPE.
– Support on communication and in particular the management of social networks.
– Event management (endurance race, BtoB event, etc.)
Required qualities :
– Dynamic
– Polyvalent
– Good communication skills
– Team spirit and availability
Indispensable :
– B license + vehicle
– Customer satisfaction is your driving force
– Available evenings and weekends
