**Editor:** Thank you for joining us today, Martin! Angers SCO has recently announced its search for an Esport Community Manager. Could you tell us what prompted the club to venture into the world of Esports?
**Martin:** Absolutely! As a professional football club, we recognize the growing influence of digital platforms and gaming, especially among younger audiences. We believe that an Esport team allows us to engage with fans in new ways and keep up with evolving trends in sports entertainment. Joining the eLigue1 on FC25 is an exciting opportunity for us.
**Editor:** Interesting! What responsibilities will the new Community Manager take on within your organization?
**Martin:** The Community Manager will play a pivotal role. They will oversee social media management, creating content for platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch. Engaging with our community during live competitions—through live-tweets and stories—is crucial. Additionally, they will analyze performance metrics to enhance our visibility and innovate our strategies in the fast-paced world of gaming.
