• Manage customer requests by email, phone and via social networks.
• Handle customer complaints and returns in coordination with our logistics team.
• Provide advice and information about our products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our customer service and after-sales service.
• Work closely with our marketing team to share customer feedback and improve our offering.
Qualifications :
• Student in commerce, management, communication or in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for sport, especially padel, is a plus.
• Fluency in English would be a plus.
