The fourth multi-sports club in France, Vie au Grand Air Saint-Maur today has 9,600 members spread across 40 sports sections. A major player in the sporting life of Val-de-Marne for more than 100 years, the club offers nearly 80 different disciplines suitable for all audiences. Offering leisure sport, competitive sport, high-level sport and health sport, the VGA Saint-Maur is keen to offer all practices to as many people as possible.
After the participation of 7 of our athletes in the Tokyo Olympic Games during the summer of 2021, we will be keen to follow the delegation which will participate in the next Olympics during Paris 2024.
You will participate in the deployment of the VGA Saint-Maur communication plan to ensure maximum visibility on our digital media.
Missions
Directly attached to the Communications Manager, your missions will be as follows:
• Creation of digital content for the sports club’s social networks promoting sections, events, athletes, volunteers, etc.
• Editing of videos adapted to different broadcast platforms: sequencing of video extracts and adaptation according to the desired format (long or short format, horizontal or vertical, etc.)
• Creation of Facebook Live events
• Support for the management and animation of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter and Linkedin)
• Development of club engagement and interactions on social media
• Statistics reporting
• Additional missions:
o Support during our events
o Assistance in the creation of communication supports (brochures, presentations, flyers, etc.)
Profile
• Master’s student in Communication / Journalism / Digital / Marketing, you have a certain attraction for communication and social networks
• Interest in sport and the values it conveys;
• Mastery of office tools and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Linkedin)
Qualities required to best understand the mission
• The ability to work in a team ;
• Sense of organization and rigor;
• Adaptability and flexibility taking into account the weekly schedule and according to planned events;
• Good writing quality and interpersonal skills;
• Know how to use all social networks in a professional and creative way
• Knowledge of the associative world and the structuring of a multi-sports club
• Being passionate and alert regarding events and news in the sporting world would be a bonus.
