YOUR MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the group leader, you will participate in the operational implementation of on/off line communication campaigns:
Monitor and support the proper implementation of campaigns (monitoring and deployment of specific assets: TV, press, display, radio, digital, social media) Be a stakeholder in the quality and rigor of the assets delivered Coordinate the various interlocutors involved in the accomplishment of the missions.
– Support the group leader in the client interface on the Day to Day.
– Keep the schedule and ensure the booking of the internal resources necessary for your project.
– Prepare internal and external reports.
– Constantly monitor the competition and feed a watch.
YOUR PROFILE
Coming from a Master’s degree in a business / communication or school, the assistant manager has already evolved in a creative, production or media agency environment. Knowledge of the language of the industry / production line Knowledge of the social media environment, its codes and its innovations Rigor, organization, attention to detail, enthusiasm. Relational skills and essential proactivity Good creative sensitivity Good level of English (oral and written) Impeccable spelling. Want to be able to work independently and proactively while having at heart to be part of a collaborative team approach A first experience in a communication or agency as a work-study student or trainee is preferred. Ideal culture / sensitivity to the world of sport
