Spain’s first goal was scored by Selma Peralvillo in the 85th minute of the match, just a few seconds later Swedish player Rebecca scored a goal to tie the match at one, one.
In the final moments of the match, Spanish player Olga Carmon sent her team to the final with a wonderful goal.
Meanwhile, FIFA has said that the women’s event is becoming popular with the public and the semi-final played on Tuesday was watched by a record 43,000 fans in the stadium.
The World Cup administration has said that the 29 matches played in New Zealand, co-hosts with Australia, were watched live by more than seven lakh fans at various grounds.
