Women’s Giant Slalom World Cup Finale: Lara Gut-Behrami Leads the Charge in Saalbach-Hinterglemm

On Sunday (1st round from 9:00 a.m. in the LIVE ticker) the last women’s giant slalom of the World Cup season is on the program in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

The decision about the ball is still pending. However, Lara Gut-Behrami is in an excellent position, leading the standings 95 points ahead of Federica Brignone.

The Swiss, who could also secure the overall World Cup victory, starts the race with number six. Brignone leaves the starting house in front of her with number four.

The race will be opened by Marta Bassino (ITA). The remaining numbers in the top group include Alice Robinson (NZL/2), Thea Louise Stjernesund (NOR/3), Zrinka Ljutic (CRO/5) and Sara Hector (SWE/7).
