The Moroccan women’s football team beat their Senegalese counterpart 1 goal to 0 (half-time 0-0), Friday evening at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat, in a match of the 3rd day (group A) of the African Cup of Nations (Morocco-2022).
The only goal of the match was scored by Ghizlane Chebbak from the penalty spot (55th). Thanks to this victory, the Lionesses of the Atlas, already qualified for the quarterfinals, finish at the top of their group with 9 points obtained in three victories, ahead of Senegal (6 pts).
