A woman who suffocated her baby and threw it in a ditch will be released in Argentina.

Despite the sentence, everything changed in May 2019, when the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) of Argentina revoked the life sentence, dismissing the “homicide qualified by the link” and judging that there were “extraordinary circumstances of attenuation”.

Now, due to a sum of sentence reductions, the 19-year sentence became 8, a period that he has already served, for which he will be released.
