A woman killed a man was firing an AR-15 rifle into a crowd of people who had gathered for a partyin West Virginia, authorities said.
The Charleston Police Department said in a statement that Dennis Butler, 37, was found around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday with multiple gunshot wounds..
