The public prosecutor’s office has found a woman from the canton of Bern guilty of misleading the administration of justice and favoritism. The 56-year-old was questioned by the cantonal police in March 2023; It was regarding identifying a woman driving a car who had not maintained the required minimum distance from the vehicle in front.
