Woman arrested for forced disappearance in Táchira

In San Antonio del Táchira, Cicpc officials arrested a woman for allegedly being involved in the forced disappearance of a member of that police force and her partner.

The apprehended woman was identified by Commissioner Douglas Rico as Ludis Marbelis Márquez Pérez (27), who is required by the Third Court of Control of the state of Táchira. Her arrest occurred on Venezuela Avenue, San Antonio main customs office, Bolívar municipality of the aforementioned entity.

Rico specified that Máquez is involved in the disappearance of the official attached to Ureña, detective Jefferson Eduardo Medina Urbina (25) and his sentimental partner Alexandra del Carmen Rondón Bracho (21).

He specified that on February 2, 2019, the detective was in the company of his partner, in the El Escobal sector in Colombia, making purchases. Márquez allegedly approaches the couple and offers her services as a forklift driver, to pass the products to Venezuelan territory.

The official identified himself and La Mona supposedly alerts the criminals nicknamed El General and Sorbetico, who approach the victims, to subdue them and take them to an intrinsic zone where another antisocial known as El Causa, negative leader of the La Línea gang, was found.

From that moment on, the whereregardings of the police officer and his partner are unknown.
