In the Hermagor district, a wolf was killed at the weekend in accordance with the Carinthian Alpine Pasture Protection Act. It was shot when it tried to attack a herd of cattle with calves, the state press service announced on Monday. The pest wolf was already the twelfth wolf to be shot in Carinthia in accordance with the legal provisions.
