Without hot water for a year in Rocourt, Jocelyne will be connected… at the end of Les Ardentes! “The police did not give permission…”

We’re reporting this mind-boggling story to you over the past week. While she renovated her parents’ house to settle there with her mother on the death of her father, Jocelyne Bouquet (58) has been waiting for months and months for Resa to connect the building to gas.

On a daily basis, the Rocourtoise must therefore manage to heat the house but also… her water.

►► “To wash myself, I use a kettle”: Jocelyne told us its everyday life without hot water or heating.

Contacted by us, Resa had confirmed that this client was the victim of an encoding error. “The file took time because it ended up in a bad department,” the spokeswoman told us.

The latter also recalled that the introduction of its connection request was really badly timed, since it corresponded with the interventions (very numerous), which occurred in emergency following the floods in the Liège region. The situation has since changed.

►► Resa is going to connect Jocelyne’s house to the gas, but… following the Ardentes festival! Explanations
