Without a job, the father took his two children on foot from Dak Nong to Tra Vinh

Unable to find a job, the man took his two children on foot from Dak Nong, intending to return to his hometown in Tra Vinh, 350km away, eating bread and sleeping outside along the way.

On February 9, the Traffic Police Department of Dak Nong Provincial Police said that he had just supported his father and son Nguyen Van Loi (37 years old, residing in Cau Ngang district, Tra Vinh province) to get home safely.

Earlier, at 1 am of the same day, while performing tasks on National Highway 14, the section through Quang Tin Commune, Dak R’lap District, the Working Group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of the Public Security Dak Nong province discovered Mr. Loi and two young children walking on the street.

Father and son Loi were provided with food and took a bus to Tra Vinh (Photo: Police provided).

Due to the dark night, this is a road with many potential risks of traffic accidents, so the working group brought Mr. Loi and 2 small children to the post.

According to the presentation, on February 5, due to difficult family circumstances, Mr. Loi took his two young children to Dak Nong province to pick pepper. However, due to the end of the pepper picking season, Mr. Loi might not apply for a job.

During this time, because there was no money, the father and son only asked for bread to eat and slept on the street. On the morning of February 8, Mr. Loi decided to take his two young children for a walk back to his hometown in Tra Vinh province.

After understanding the incident, the working group took the father and son to eat and drink, and at the same time took a passenger car for Mr. Loi and his two children to return safely to Tra Vinh.
