Asuncion, IP Agency.-The Ministry of Public Works and Communications and the National Secretariat of Sports announced a series of family recreational and sports activities for the opening day of the Costanera Sur.
The event will take place on Sunday, July 14, from 9:00 a.m., with a bike ride and a sports expo with 14 disciplines.
“The day will have several recreational and sports activities to celebrate the opening of the work, which will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a bicycle ride,” said the Minister of Works, Claudia Centurión.
He said that the activity will have three different distances: 8 km, 2 km and 1 km for the little ones.
The SND will offer a sports expo with 14 disciplines that will be available to those who want to learn more regarding them.
It will have 14 disciplines where teachers from sports schools will guide citizens to practice and enjoy the sport that interests them.
In addition to the SND, other government institutions have confirmed their participation, such as the ESSAP, the Municipality of Asunción and the Ministries of the Interior and Health.
