COLUMBUS, Ohio, USA. (AP) — Joe Biden and Donald Trump won their parties’ primaries in Kansas on Tuesdayadding more delegates on their way to revenge in the November presidential elections.
Biden, Democrat, and Trump, Republican, too They easily won Tuesday’s primaries in Ohio and Illinois. Trump also won the Florida Republican primary. There was no contest for Biden to win in Florida, as Democrats in that state canceled their primary and opted to award him their 224 delegates. Trump and Biden are also expected easily win Tuesday’s primaries in Arizonagaining more support after becoming the virtual nominees of their parties last week.
Other races unrelated to the presidency could provide clues about the national political environment. In the Republican primary for the Ohio Senate, Businessman Bernie Moreno, backed by Trump, defeated two candidates: Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose and Matt Dolan, whose family owns the Cleveland Guardians.

Trump and Biden have been focused on the general elections for weeks, lately directing their campaigns toward states that could be close in November, instead of limiting themselves to those holding primaries.
Trump, a voter in Florida, cast his ballot at a Palm Beach recreation center on Tuesday and told reporters: “I voted for Donald Trump.”
