While Sergio Massa ordered silence to the troops so that the leadership would be taken by the internal party of Juntos por el Cambio and La Libertad Avanza for the new electoral alliance that they are seeking to establish, the ruling party’s campaign continues. The objective is to reach the undecided voter, but also those who in the first two votes might have opted for Patricia Bullrich or Javier Milei. To achieve this, the microsegmentation strategy has already begun, and the candidate for president of Unión por la Patria has a speech for different audiences.

Sergio Massa sends a message for each sector, even the one that was elusive. He speaks to the “delivery vote” and promises delivery platform workers different measures to protect employment and improve their conditions.

In Unión por la Patria they believe that there may be close to 100,000 delivery workers who in the previous campaign identified with Javier Milei’s ideas. They reach him through different social networks, but the campaign team also recommended that microsegmentation not only be done via the Internet. For this reason, he held a meeting with these workers last week. And he has already set a date for the promises: starting December 15, if he wins, they will have insurance, social work, retirement contributions and places to rest.

Another sector that Massa reaches through the cell phone is young professionals specialized in the technological field. This is a group of workers who perform tasks abroad and due to restrictions on the exchange market it is difficult for them to get paid. Without a doubt, Milei had captured her attention. They receive messages regarding the possibility of signing up for the tech monotax. She speaks directly to gamers, programmers, service exporters and even those who participate in e-sports competitions.

During these hours, workers who paid income tax not only see on their pay slip that they stopped paying it, but Massa’s spots also remind them. Fiscal relief and less taxes is the message of what is coming if the runoff is won.

Sergio Massa’s campaign team is also working on microsegmentation with the General Confederation of Labor (CGT). The unions generate communication pieces with workers who tell their experience in first person and from the bunker they are in charge of pushing them.

The candidate for president of Unión por la Patria also speaks to mothers. Massa not only seeks his votes, she also intends that at home she can convince her son of the “danger” of choosing the libertarian option. “In the campaign for PASO, the children and grandchildren convinced their parents and grandparents to vote for Milei, now it is the mother who realized that if she wins, her son will be left without an education, that her son runs risk of losing one’s life due to the free circulation of weapons. If there is someone who can convince the young man, it may not be Massa, but it is her mother, whom she listens to,” the campaign team acknowledges.

It also points to an age group that accompanied Patricia Bullrich and now, due to the advice of Mauricio Macri, might vote for Javier Milei. Therefore, one of the last measures was for retirees.

The message that the PRO candidate was the one who cut retirements during the alliance government did not manage to retain a large part of this sector, therefore, two weeks before the election the Minister of Economy and candidate announced new measures: extension early retirement and increases of up to 150% in credits. All the announced measures reach the cell phones and computers of the sectors involved. Massa is betting that the proposals end up defining the election once morest the opposition campaign that chose the word change and insists on defeating Kirchnerism.
