Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN)–If your child tends to add ketchup to many of his daily meals, you may want to consider an immediate alternative, as it is considered a high-sugar food source.
And the Gulf Health Council, in a tweet through its official account on the “Twitter” website, stated that one tablespoon of ketchup is equivalent to a cube of sugar.
For a small bag of ketchup, it is equivalent to half a cube of sugar.
The stated value may vary depending on the source of the product.
