In the Bolívar squares of Valencia, Maracay and San Carlos, specialized platforms and rooms were installed where the public could appreciate the rich variety of manifestations of traditional Venezuelan roots, both in music and in dance, singing and instrumentation, as well as , with space for knowledge through workshops, conversations, master classes, presentations, exchanges and the exhibition of artisanal pieces with the support of the Corazón Artesano movement and regional cultural cabinets.

The great protagonists of this edition of the festival were the groups and brotherhoods that worship San Juan Bautista, the devils of Corpus Christi, the donkeys and burriquitas and the joropo in its llanera and central expressions.
