Each employee group carries out its own actions, with the support of the association. Awareness-raising and training actions are carried out, such as the Climate Fresco or conferences. Other actions focus more on internal company practices, on exemplarity and business processes. Employees carry out actions on internal company practices (energy, mobility, waste, catering) as well as on the ecological transition of their businesses (R&D, purchasing, circular economy, etc.).

Beyond eco-responsible actions, employees also want to be stakeholders in strategic issues. Some actions therefore affect the business model and governance of the company and are part of a longer time frame. Some groups become shadow COMEX who systematically formulate more ecological alternative proposals, others have obtained regular points with the management of the company, some still obtain a right of inspection on investments, communication, etc. The Collectives have created a framework but it is the employees who are the driving force behind the action.
