BUENOS AIRES (AP) — With a good collective performance on a rainy night, Vélez Sarsfield beat River Plate 2-0 on Saturday in the third matchday of the Argentine Professional League Cup.
Claudio Aquino at 21 minutes and Santiago Castro at 59 were the authors of the goals from Velez.
