Police personnel of the Community Police Station No. 48, next to the Tomas Young sub-commission of the Department of Citizen Security No. 13, arrested a man who stole 600 kg of soy beans from a field in the city of Añatuya.
The manager of a field located in Paraje Lote 9 informed the authorities that more than half a ton of soybeans had been stolen from him.
Immediately, a search was carried out in the area, where they observed a truck which they made to stop the march. It was driven by a 37-year-old man. He did not have the documentation of the vehicle and it was observed in the box, scattered soybeans, a wide shovel, two plastic bins and a gray and black canvas.
The Judge of Control and Guarantees of Añatuya Dra. González Ruiz, Ana took notice of what had been done and, with her authorization, the defendant’s home was searched, where the stolen product was fully recovered. Therefore, the male was apprehended at Community Police Station No. 48.
