The Egyptian artist Ahmed Ezz is going through his first experiences in the Saidi business, as he prepares to film the events of his new movie, entitled “The Upper Egypt Line”, in which he embodies for the first time the character of Saidi, starting next October.
Ezz cooperates in the film with author Salah Al-Juhaini and director Ahmed Alaa, as the latter began examining the filming locations, while the producing company continues the nominations stage, in preparation for contracting with the artists who will participate in the film.
The story of the film takes place in a framework of excitement, suspense and action, and the story is inspired by real events.
Ezz had been searching for some time for a cinematic work in which he would present a different character than what he previously presented, so the scriptwriter Al-Juhaini suggested to him the idea of presenting a Saeedi film, especially since he had not previously presented any Saeedi role, so Ezz welcomed the idea, and Al-Juhaini started working on it.
And Ahmed Ezz’s latest work in the cinema, the movie “Kira Wal Jinn”, which was collected by the artist Karim Abdel Aziz, and achieved great success when shown in cinemas. As for the drama, his last work was his participation in the series “Choice 3”, which was shown in Ramadan 2022.
