The sky was still very calm at 7 a.m. on Monday morning, but the winter storm that will rage in several regions at the start of the week forced most school service centers to keep their schools open.
15 to 25 centimeters of snow are expected in the region. Strong winds are also expected.
At Jean-Lesage airport in Quebec, several flights – arrivals and departures – are canceled and delayed.
Some vaccination centers might see their activities disrupted today, due to the storm.
