In winter, colds and fatigue return. Our body is put to the test, especially since it expends a lot of energy to maintain the internal temperature at 37°C.

The cold makes us want to eat dishes rich in fat: raclette, tartiflette, fondue… And yet, it is not recommended to skip fresh fruits and vegetables, a great source of vitamin C. Since vitamin C is sensitive to light and heat, it is best to consume fruits and vegetables raw and fresh.
