Windows 11 22H2, how to enable tabs in File Explorer?

One of the big new features in the works for Windows 11 is a new version of File Explorer. For several months, Microsoft has been working on tab support.

This feature is not yet available despite Windows 11 22H2 kicking off. If the impatience is too strong, you can now activate it to find out. It is supported by Windows 11 22H2.

The arrival of tabs in File Explorer is a long-awaited feature on Windows. A first approach took place in 2018 with the introduction of “Sets”, but the project was finally abandoned. Since the beginning of the year Microsoft has been testing a new approach through the file explorer published through the Windows Insider program. Registered users can officially try it with Windows 11 Build 22622 or newer. However, this support is not enabled by default in Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621 currently being rolled out to the general public. It is therefore possible to act to test this novelty.

The Steps requires a little manipulation but it works with regard to the various returns.
