Counties and cities with less than 20 tickets include Nantou County 14 tickets, Yunlin County 15 tickets, Keelung City 14 tickets, Chiayi City 14 tickets, Miaoli County 13 tickets, Yilan County 12 tickets, Hualien County 12 tickets, Chiayi County 10 tickets, Taichung There are 6 tickets in County, 4 tickets in Penghu County, and 1 ticket in Kinmen County; as for Lianjiang County, there are 0 tickets.
