William Gray Terrace launches winter terrace with heated domes in Old Montreal

A fine dining experience is coming to the magnificent elevated terrace of the William Gray this winter.

A question of crossing winter in the greatest of enchantments, the Terrasse William Gray will offer its guests the possibility of enjoying a dinner and a majestic brunch throughout the winter, in geodesic domes, heated and transparent. The concept has been available since December 1st.

The concept puts forward a five-course culinary experience implemented by Executive Chef O’Neil Leblanc. All winter, the menus will be worked around major winter events.

For example, the December menu was built around the holiday season and highlights traditional and comforting flavors. February will honor love and March will celebrate sugaring off season. Menus will always be developed to accommodate vegetarians.
