During the followingnoon of this Wednesday, the actor Pedro Pascal reaffirmed his position in favor of the I Approve option for the next exit plebiscite to be held this Sunday, September 4. Likewise, The actor is expected to travel to Chile to exercise his vote.
Through a publication on Instagram the actor shared a photograph in which he poses next to his Chilean passportwhere, without giving further details regarding his plans to travel, he smiles slightly.
“Free of corruption, free of violence, free of abuse”wrote the interpreter and protagonist of the next series The Last of Us. Likewise, he also shared the hashtags “I approve September 4”, “new Constitution”, “Human Rights” and “Approve is human”.
In Chile or in the United States?
Although Pascal has not confirmed his arrival in Chilean lands, BioBioChile was able to state that the actor is registered in the country in order to cast his vote.
In case of not being able to reach Chile, the actor can excuse himself for being, during that day, more than 200 kilometers from his electoral domicile.
Chilean men and women living abroad can vote in presidential elections, presidential primaries and national plebiscites. According to ChileAtiendethose interested must be registered in the definitive electoral roll of Chileans abroad.
Thus, those who have a valid passport or identity card, are over 18 years of age and have made their change of electoral domicile or registered in the electoral registry can vote.
With this, must vote in person at the consulates of each country. In the case of the United States, you can vote in Washington, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and San Francisco.

Mark Ruffalo’s message to Chile
The actor’s announcement comes hours following the interpreter of Hulk, Mark Ruffalo, referred to the plebiscite to be held in Chile, being in favor of a new Constitution.
“It is time to turn the page on the cruelty of the Pinochet years and adopt a Constitution of a new and changing world”, he mentions, noting that the proposal is “one that has more equality, humanity and consideration in it”.
“The world looks to them as a model for tackling climate change and the need for greater democracy”, he mentions and then closes his message by saying in Spanish “to approve is human”.
