Although the National Hockey League (NHL) and the “Yotes” claim that the club will be back in the same place next year, the possibility of a move is being raised all over North America.
“Kansas City Coyotes sounds great! What do you guys think?” Mahomes wrote on Twitter, tagging the NHL and T-Mobile Center accounts.
The latter is an omnisports amphitheater located in Kansas City and which can accommodate up to 18,000 spectators.
Recall that a plan for the development of a new district which was to include a new arena for the Coyotes was refused by the people of Tempe on Tuesday evening.
Additionally, the NHL once had an organization playing in Kansas City. These were the Scouts, which existed from 1974 to 1976. The club then moved to Denver and became the Rockies, which eventually became the New Jersey Devils.
