As in the previous year, Wiener Stepp Straka performed well at the Tour Championship of the top 30 PGA golfers, but was not as strong on the final day. The 30-year-old failed to make the top ten on Sunday’s final loop in Atlanta with a 69, or one under par. Straka was provisionally in 13th place with a total of nine under par, but not all the players were back in the clubhouse yet. The round had been interrupted for some time due to thunderstorms.
