For a year, the headmaster of the Gymnasium Großburgwedel had to do without a deputy. That has now changed. Wiebke Schwarzrock-Pittalis took up her position in February – following working at the Goethe School in Hanover, in Burgdorf, Isernhagen, but also in Florida. The English teacher also coordinates the lessons for refugees – and wants to develop the school further.
Großburgwedel. She lived and worked in Florida, taught in Hamburg, Isernhagen and Burgdorf, among other places, and was most recently a member of the school board at the Goethe School in Hanover: Wiebke Schwarzrock-Pittalis has held numerous positions in her professional career as a teacher. Now she has ended up in Großburgwedel. The 47-year-old has been deputy headmistress at the high school since the beginning of February.
