ECB interest rates are up, but savings rates are not. This is enough to disappoint savers: some no longer hesitate to withdraw their marbles and place them elsewhere. Thus, deposits are falling and inflows to other investment products are increasing. But the discontent of savers does not yet have enough to worry the big European banks.
