Definitely, only drops are suitable for young children – an aqueous or oily solution, since babies do not know how to drink capsules and tablets.

For adults, capsules or tablet forms are quite suitable, they are easy to swallow. Drops are also quite acceptable, but it is necessary accurately measure them. Many people think that 2 drops are not serious, and they add the same amount, or even more, to themselves on top. This is a dangerous mistake.

It is no less dangerous to take capsules, tablets with a dosage above 1000 IU without a doctor’s prescription and control on his part. Anything above 600-800 IU are therapeutic doses, they can also do harm.
