To deal with the situation of parked vehicles, Mr. Hung requested the Hanoi Traffic Safety Committee to advise the Chairman of the People’s Committee and the City Police Director to assign responsibility to the district police chief to preside over the complete handling of the parked vehicles. locality.

In order to manage vehicles for transport business, Mr. Hung said that the Vietnam Road Administration has built contract vehicle management software according to the provisions of Decree 10, centralized data management of trip monitoring devices. , cameras on transport business vehicles will certainly manage, strictly handle, and prevent the activities of parachute vehicles, toadstools, and disguised contract vehicles.

Vietnam Road Administration has been approved by the Ministry of Transport for a project to enhance the application of information technology and digital transformation in the road sector for the period 2023 – 2025, with an orientation to 2030. The budget will also be allocated to implemented from 2024. In the coming time, the construction of the above management software will be deployed soon.

Before implementing the management software, Mr. Hung said: “It is necessary to use human strength to drastically handle parachute vehicles and toadstools. Doing it as drastically as handling alcohol concentration violations will definitely have results.” fruit”.

This is one of the solutions in the project to handle vehicles at toad stations in the area, supported by transport businesses and bus stations. At the same time, it also strengthens the direction of inspection of transport business activities of enterprises, revoking badges for violating transport vehicles.

Previously, the Hanoi Department of Transport requested bus transport units to arrange vehicles to ensure the quantity and quality of service on the route, and have a plan to deploy additional buses to meet increased travel demand. at bus stations, train stations, and airports.

In addition, the Department also requires transport units to declare and post prices and absolutely not take advantage of the increased number of passengers during the traditional Tet holiday to increase prices or force prices.
