Why do they stick to the streets

Hardly any protest organization in Germany has received as much attention in such a short time as the radical climate movement Last Generation. A conversation about criminal offences, democracy and the supposedly impending end of the world.

It’s only slightly tidier inside than outside. Garbage bags and dilapidated pieces of furniture lie on the pavement in front of the house entrance. In the apartment on the third floor, old glass is piled up in the hallway, in the living room a mattress is leaning against the wall, and clothes and rucksacks are scattered on the floor. A flat-sharing community, as is often the case in Berlin-Neukölln.
