Diogo Dalot has signed a new five-year contract with Manchester United. There were three main reasons behind it.
The deal will keep Dalot at Manchester United until at least the summer of 2028. The club has an option for a one-year extension. Dalot said he was looking forward to Manchester United’s bright future. Having already won the Carabao Cup this season and finished third, a new contract was not a difficult decision.
Dalot also talked regarding the great support from the fans that has continued since joining U from FC Porto in 2018.
