As you noticed on Monday, Chelsea Green was absent from RAW. The reason given during the show was that the wrestler was sent to Ottawa, Illinois, instead of Ottawa, Canada. This reason hides a whole other reality because Green was unable to travel to Canada.
According to Fightful, the Canadian wrestler has not yet received her green card, which allows her to reside in the United States. Without this card, Chelsea Green would not have been able to return to the United States following touring Canada.
This is therefore also the reason why Chelsea Green was not on the Elimination Chamber card which took place in Montreal, Canada.
On Monday, she was instead in New York for The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Musical, with her husband Matt Cardona.
