Delays for restaurants
On this inauguration day, a small twenty brands of the Neyrpic shopping center was not open. There are Paradis du Fruit, Rodizio Brazil, Balibaris, Fort Boyard, and a few kiosks.
Requested by actu GrenobleCéline Poix, deputy general director at Apsys, provided some explanations concerning her delays.
“There are several reasons for these delayed openings, first and foremost the later signatures of the brands. In the vast majority, these are restaurants which have not opened and this is due to the duration of the work required, four months, which is much longer than for a business,” explains Céline Poix.
