He wrote in his Threads post: ‘I think we can all agree that Alvin is not serious and it’s time to move on.’
He added: ‘I offered a real date. But Alvin won’t confirm a date, then he says he needs surgery and now instead of that (surgery) he’s asking to practice in the backyard.’
Musk quickly responded on X, writing, ‘Zak is like a chicken.’
The owner of Tesla said he would go to Silicon Valley on Monday and that he would knock on their door tomorrow.
When an X user suggested to him that Zuckerberg was holding back on the match, Musk referred to a popular American fast food chicken chain.
Musk wrote: ‘They can’t eat Chick-fil-A because it’s like eating their own race.’
Musk had earlier said on Friday that the fight would take place in Italy as officials there confirmed hosting a major ‘charity event’.

**Interview with Business Analyst Dr. Sarah Parker on the Musk-Zuckerberg Cage Fight Saga**
**Interviewer:** Welcome, Dr. Parker! Today, we’re discussing the much-talked-about—though ultimately non-existent—cage fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. What do you think drove this spectacle in the first place?
**Dr. Parker:** Thank you for having me! This confrontation is part of a broader trend of attention-seeking behavior among prominent tech leaders. Musk and Zuckerberg are not just competing in their respective businesses; they’re also jockeying for public intrigue. The idea of a cage fight captures people’s imaginations and drives engagement with their brands.
**Interviewer:** That’s true. Musk has been vocal about the match on social media, suggesting that he’d have a Tesla drive him to Zuckerberg’s house. Do you think this is a publicity tactic?
**Dr. Parker:** Absolutely. Musk is a master of using social media to generate buzz. By proposing such an outlandish scenario, he not only promotes Tesla’s self-driving capabilities but also keeps himself relevant in the news cycle. It’s a clever blend of product placement and personal branding.
**Interviewer:** Meanwhile, Zuckerberg has downplayed the fight, indicating his rivals aren’t serious. What does this say about his strategy?
**Dr. Parker:** Zuckerberg’s dismissal of the fight suggests a calculated approach. By not engaging in Musk’s theatrics, he positions himself as the more rational and serious businessman. This could enhance his reputation and increase public sympathy, especially if Musk’s antics come off as childish or erratic.
**Interviewer:** The article mentions that Zuckerberg has been successfully inflicting financial damage on Tesla regardless of the fight’s outcome. Can you elaborate on this?
**Dr. Parker:** Certainly. Meta’s stock performance has been strong, and as Musk engages in public spectacle, Tesla’s market perception could suffer. Investors often react negatively to distractions, especially if they feel leadership isn’t focused on business fundamentals. The contrast in their approaches could be influencing investor sentiment significantly.
**Interviewer:** what broader implications does this saga have for the tech industry?
**Dr. Parker:** This incident highlights the intersection of personal branding and corporate strategy in the tech world. It shows how leaders can leverage their personalities to shape public perception and drive market dynamics. How Musk and Zuckerberg navigate their reputations will likely set precedents for other tech entrepreneurs moving forward.
**Interviewer:** Thank you, Dr. Parker, for sharing your insights on this fascinating situation. It seems there’s much more than just a hypothetical match at play here!
**Dr. Parker:** It’s my pleasure! The tale of Musk and Zuckerberg continues to evolve, and it’s certainly an exciting chapter in tech history.
